All prices are subject to change without notice. Minimums are per color or size (solid pack).

Warranty

We warranty to the original buyer that all our products are free from manufacturer’s defects under normal use conditions. This includes:

• Electrical wiring and accessories – One (1) year
• Replaceable bulbs – One (1) year
• LED String Lights – One (1) year
• All other items not listed – 90 days

The warranty is void if items are left up for more than 120 consecutive days. Bulb burnouts, damage due to weather, mishandling, or acts of God are not covered. Please inspect and test merchandise upon delivery and before installation.

Limited Warranty Disclaimer

Except as listed in our warranty, Dekra-Lite Industries makes no further warranties or conditions, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or protection against infringement of intellectual property rights.

Warranty Terms

For any warranty claims, buyers must:

• Notify Dekra-Lite of defects within 30 days of discovery
• Return defective goods at their own expense if requested

The warranty is void if products are used after reporting defects, if storage or maintenance instructions are not followed, or if products are altered or repaired without Dekra-Lite’s consent.

Extended Warranty

We extend the warranty under normal conditions as follows:

• Steel frames – Six (6) seasons
• Garland – Three (3) seasons
• Electrical wiring – Two (2) seasons
• Computerized lighting modules & aluminum displays – One (1) season

Pole mount displays are designed to withstand up to 65 km/h winds without ice load. Labor and shipping costs are not included.

Returns Policy

A 35% restocking fee applies to returned products, and customers are responsible for freight charges. Returns are accepted within 30 days if:

• The incorrect product was ordered
• The product is unopened and unused

Returns are not accepted after December 1 of the same purchase year. Custom and non-stocked items from the USA are non-returnable.

Installation

Any requested changes to described work may incur additional charges. Installation dates are approximate and subject to changes due to weather, property access, or unforeseen circumstances. A 50% deposit is required upon signing installation contracts; the balance is due before final installation.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• 0% if canceled over 90 days prior
• 35% if canceled within 60 days
• 50% if canceled within 30 days of the scheduled installation

Storage

Storage charges apply from the time of décor removal each year, ending November 1. Unclaimed items may be discarded with notice after this date.

Electrical Requirements

Owners are responsible for providing and maintaining functional electrical outlets near the décor. GFI receptacles may interrupt power in wet conditions, requiring time to reset. Dekra-Lite is not responsible for outages due to moisture or unreported incidents. Responsibility for décor on-site rests with the owner; replacements are available for an additional charge in case of damage or loss due to weather or vandalism.
